A patient's parent, legal guardian or hospital staff can request a song for a specific child. Please contact our office and request a profile sheet, or you can click here to download an Acrobat PDF file of our profile sheet. This profile is used to write a song containing the child's name, hobbies, favorite things, etc. There is no charge for this service.

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for the completed song to be delivered to you. In case of special circumstances we can have the song ready as quickly as needed.
