Amy Rachman

Amy Rachman (fittingly, pronounced ROCKmin) is a New York-based artist who has been a musician since the age of 4 and has been writing songs since she was 14.  Her debut song, Look Up At Me, was featured on the radio when she was still a teenager, during which she performed in various coffee house showcases in her school, Marlboro High School, located in Central New Jersey.  She attended Indiana University, where some of her performances included the musical Hair, appearing as a guest vocalist with cover bands at parties, cantoring on-campus High Holiday services, and performing her original music at local shows.  She has recently released her debut album, Do You Imagine, and has been featured through airplay and several interviews on international internet radio stations.  Amy has performed at many venues in the New York City area, and her site www.amyrachman.com has been accessed by over 60 countries worldwide.  She has a Master of Arts degree in speech-language pathology and practices speech-language therapy as an independent contractor in the Queens/Long Island area, servicing a wide range of children with communicative difficulties.
